Within “My port” educational program conducted by FSUE “Rosmorport”, “TEKHNO-Port” festival was held in the “Artek” International Children’s Center on August 19, 2016.

During the celebration, the Artek children presented 20 new computer games created by young programmers during the session.

The Festival was continued with a defile contest of popular computer games heroes. The Artek children on their own made unusual costumes and props for their characters.

Training of children was conducted within “TEKHNO-Port” activity specific educational program. Best professors of leading higher educational institutions of Moscow, Kaliningrad and Sevastopol worked with children in creative workshops and scientific expeditions, conducted research on “GEO-Port”, “ECO-port”, “Port-ART” directions. Thus, in the "GEO-port" laboratory the RAS Institute of marine biological researches researchers shown children features of the Crimea flora and fauna, dangerous and rare species of animals and plants. Together with the mentors of the Kaliningrad Museum of World Ocean the Artek children studied hard soil rocks, fossils, sand, and water chemistry samples.

“Roza Vetrov” contest winners arrived in “Artek” ICC on August 7, 2016. This project gives students an opportunity to form an image of the world where they live by practical researches, quests, maquettes creation and many other ways.
