On September 2, 2019 the Costa Venezia newest ocean liner moored to a berth of the sea terminal in the seaport of Vladivostok. The vessel of the Italian company Costa Crociere S.p.A has been chartered by FSUE “Rosmorport” as a floating hotel to accommodate guests of and participants in the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

The Costa Venezia liner was put into operation in March 2019. Totally, the vessel has 2,116 rooms. The room inventory of the vessel on 14 decks corresponds to the level of a five-star hotel and includes 5,000 rooms. The guests of the forum can use a specially equipped hall for meetings, talks, seminars and conferences. Several official events will be held aboard the vessel within the EEF.

The liner fully prepared for accommodation will stay in the capital of Primorye till September 7. We recall that such practice is not new: last year the guests of the forum had a possibility to stay aboard the Costa Neo Romantica cruise liner, which had been also chartered by FSUE “Rosmorport”.

The 5^th Eastern Economic Forum will take place on Russky Island, Vladivostok, on September 4-6. Its program consists of 50 events with the involvement of over 4000 delegates from 60 world countries.
