Under Rosmorrechflot Resolution No YuC-14-r of April 16, 2019, an amendment has been made to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter. In accordance with the established procedure the amendment was registered by Inter-District Inspectorate of the Russian Federal Tax Service No 46 for Moscow on April 30, 2019 and entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under National Registration Number 2197747831565.

The amendment is connected to the increase in authorized capital of FSUE “Rosmorport” at the expense of budget investments to the cost of property taken onto the books of FSUE “Rosmorport” in the amount of 346,803,922 Rubles 30 Kopecks (three hundred forty-six million eight hundred three thousand nine hundred twenty-two Rubles 30 Kopecks).

At present, as amended FSUE “Rosmorport” authorized capital amounts to 103,063,922,921 Rubles 14 Kopecks (one hundred three billion sixty-three million nine hundred twenty-two thousand nine hundred and twenty-one Rubles 14 Kopecks).
