On December 26, 2017, on the threshold of New Year holidays employees of the FSUE “Rosmorport” central office visited the sponsored social rehabilitation center for minors “ASTARTA” located in Ruza.

Old ties of friendship unite FSUE “Rosmorport” and the “ASTARTA”. For more than five years sponsors of the center take care of children, provide assistance, warmth and support to them.

New Year’s Day is the time of presents and the fulfilment of wishes. Employees of FSUE “Rosmorport” helped children set the festive mood and presented all necessary things for their education, sports and the creative development, i.e. appliances, clothes, shoes, sport equipment, toys and books. A laptop has been presented to children for musical classes and training. A new carpet has been spread on the floor in a musical hall decorated for New Year’s holidays. Children will play on this carpet in their free time. Candies and fruits have been also presented to children.

This evening many congratulations have been made and good wishes have sounded at the New Year tree. All children have performed New Year songs and poems shyly or cheerily and bravely.

Children have given the guests a hand-made New Year tree to remember them by. The New Year tree has been decorated with gingerbreads that they made themselves supervised by educators. Looks of pleasure and joyful children’s faces have become the best New Year present for grown-ups. By the end of the meeting children have worn handsels and kept hold on their presents.

In appreciation of provided support the administration of the social rehabilitation center expressed gratitude to the enterprise. See you next time, “Astarta”!
