Under Rosmorrechflot Resolution No VO-332-r, the amendments have been made to the Charter of FSUE “Rosmorport”. According to the procedure, these changes were registered by Russia’s Federal Tax Service Inter-District Inspectorate No 46 for Moscow on December 22, 2017 and in the Register of Companies, State Registration No 7177749469495.

The changes are related to renaming the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sevastopol Branch as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Crimean Branch and the abolition of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Crimean Basin Branch, in order to optimize the enterprise’s branch structure.
