FSUE “Rosmorport” has been included in a list of organizations that carry out procurement activities pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law No 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 and have been conferred the high level of procurement transparency. The results of the rating “The National Rating of Procurement Transparency” were summed up in December 2017.

There are the most significant federal and regional procurers, as well as heads of the Russian corporate sector among the participants. The compliance with transparency standards and economic efficiency of their procurement activities has become the priority factor affecting the assessment of their activities. This year over 400 customers, including 69 major state procurers at the federal level, 85 Russian regions, 85 major municipal entities being subjects to regulating Federal Law No 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 have taken part in the rating.

The presence of FSUE “Rosmorport” in this rating is a high assessment of daily labor and professionalism of all specialists of the enterprise. The rating proves that the purchasing system corresponds to the procurement requirements and the norms of Russian legislation on procurement.

By moving beyond FSUE “Rosmorport” continues efforts aimed at increasing transparency by performing procurement mechanisms.
