On October 4-6, 2017 FSUE “Rosmorport” took part in the all-Russian civil defense  staff exercises “Civil Defense Implementation Measures Amidst Large-Scale Calamities and Technogenic Disasters in Russia”. The exercises were devoted to the 85^th anniversary of the formation of Russia's Emergencies civil defense troops, and were held at the enterprise’s branches and the central office.

The exercises focused on training of control during implementation of civil defense measures, improving joint actions of control agencies and civil defense forces, as well as coordinating the work with Russia's local executive authorities.

During the exercises, the institution's employees trained control commands and interaction with executive bodies to collect and exchange information.

The branches' employees took part in the measures aimed at fighting fires and evacuating personnel of production repairing bases from seaports. They also trained the use of vehicles and equipment to conduct evacuation measures and confirm readiness of communications and warning means. Individual protection means and shelters have been inspected.

By summing up the preliminary results the measures taken by the management, the civil defense headquarters and mobilization divisions have been praised.
