On September 4 FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Tarasenko made a working trip to the Sakhalin Branch.

While in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk the General Director held talks with Sakhalin Region Governor Oleg Kozhemyakin to discuss the development of the port infrastructure. During the trip, the General Director also inspected the berth complex of the Kholmsk seaport and had several meetings with the management of OJSC “Sakhalin Shipping Corporation” and JSC “Kholmsk Commercial Port”. Andrey Tarasenko met with representatives of CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co. Ltd to discuss prospects for further cooperation.

During the visit, Andrey Tarasenko held a working conference with the management and employees of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch on the major types of the Branch's activities. In addition, the agenda of the visit also envisioned the talks with representatives of FSI “Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot”, FSBI “Administration of Seaports of Sakhalin, the Kurlies and Kamchatka” and stevedoring companies of the Sakhalin Region.
