By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from July, 26th, 2010 № 549 changes to the order of creation, operation and use of artificial islands, constructions and installations in inland and territorial sea waters of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from January, 19th, 2000 № 44, were made.
