According to the order by the Federal Service on Ecological, Technological and Nuclear supervision from July, 3, 2009 № 599 the conclusion of the experts commission within the State Ecological Expertise on the project documentation for reconstruction of "Sochi seaport with the coastal infrastructure  with the aim of creatining an international center of sea passenger and cruise transportations" developed by Corporation Inzhtransstroy LLC is confirmed. The experts commission within the State Ecological Expertise establishes full conformity of the project documentation to the ecological requirements. The conclusion’s validation period is set within 4 years from the date of its approval.

Within the framework of this project FSUE "Rosmorport" acts as a principal builder on reconstruction of the federal property facilities in Sochi's seaport. The beginning of the building process is planned in the first  quarter of 2010.
