Viktor Vanyukov was born on 11 July, 1954 in the village of Voikovo, Amur region.


In 1977 he graduated from G.I. Nevelskoy Maritime Engineer High School with a specialization in marine ways navigation as navigator-engineer. 

In 2006 he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy with a specialization in economics and enterprise management as businessman-director. 


He started his labor activity in 1971. 


Career profile for over the last 5 years. 

From March 2004 till August 2013 he was General Director of OJSC Norfes.

From February 2011 till August 2013 his second job was as Deputy General Director for Navigation Safety of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

From September 2012 till December 2013 he acted as Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Branch without leaving his current jobs.

From August 2013 till December 2017 he worked as Deputy General Director for Navigation Safety of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

In December 2017 he was appointed Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far-Eastern Basin Branch.

Brief Biography

Chernova Natalia Nikolaevna was born on May 11th, 1977 in Vrangel settlement, Nakhodka town, Primorye Territory.


In 1999 she graduated from Far-East State Technical Fishing Industry University (Vladivostok city) with a specialization in accounting and audit, as an economist.


She began her labor activity in 1999.


Career profile for the last 5 years:

From January, 2008 till February, 2014 she was deputy chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch.

In February, 2014 Natalia Chernova was transferred to the position of chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch in July 2014.

Evgeny Egudin was born in Kumertau, Bashkir ASSR, on September 02, 1968.


In 1993 he graduated from Far Eastern Maritime State Academy named after admiral G.I. Nevelskiy with specialization in sea communication navigation as navigation engineer.


He started his career in 1993.


Information on employment in the past five years:

From April 2010 to December 2014 he successively worked as First Deputy Director-General and Director-General of LLC “Vladivostok Vehicle Terminal”.

From January 2015 to January 2017 he worked as Chief of the Vehicle Terminal of PJSC “Vladivostok Commercial Seaport”.

Since July 2017 to the present day he has held the position of Deputy Chief of the Department for Capital Construction and Repairs of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.

Since August 2017 to November 2017 he has been performing the duties of Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch – Chief of the Eastern Directorate without relief from the previous job.

In November 2017 he has been transferred to the position of the Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch – Chief of the Eastern Directorate.

Glukhov Igor Viktorovich was born in Nakhodka, Primorye Territory, on November 10, 1967.


In 1995 he graduated from the Admiral Nevelskoy Far Eastern State Maritime Academy with a specialization in the sea communication marine navigation as a navigation engineer.


He started labor employment in 1987.

From April 2013 to July 2018 he consequently took the positions of captain of the seaport of Posyet of the Posyet Branch, captain of the seaport of Vostochny of the Eastern Branch, captain of the seaport of Vladivostok, captain of the seaport of Vostochny of the Eastern Branch of FSBI “The Administration of Seaports of Primorye Territory and Eastern Arctic”.

In July 2018 he was appointed as deputy director for navigation safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.

Osipova Nina Nikolaevna was born on 11 March 1958 in Vladivostok, Primoriye Territory.


In 1981 she graduated from Far Eastern Technological Institute of fishing industry with certificate in economics and foodstuffs management as engineer-economist.


She began her labor activity in 1975.

From July 2009 till November 2015 has held position of Head of department for economics and finance of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch, renamed in July 2014 into the Far-Eastern Branch.

From December 2015 till February 2017 she worked as Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far-Eastern Basin Branch.

From December 2015 till February 2017 she acted as Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far-Eastern Branch without leaving her current position.

From March to December 2017 she worked as Director of the Far-Eastern Basin Branch.

In December 2017 she was appointed Deputy Director for economics and finance of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far-Eastern Basin Branch.

Senchuk Sergei Nikolayevich was born in Sevastopol on June 20, 1970.

 

In 2019 he graduated from Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University with specialization in technology of transport processes as a bachelor.

 

He started labor employment in 1997.

From June 2002 to July 2017 he subsequently held the positions of despatcher, deputy chief despatcher of the chief despatcher administration, chief despatcher of the administration for production, deputy chief despatcher for the fleet of the administration for production, head of the production activity planning division of the department for operations, deputy chief despatcher for planning of the chief despatcher service of the department for operations, and chief despatcher of the production department of Vladivostok Commercial Seaport, PJSC.

From July 2017 to July 2019 he subsequently held the positions of deputy director for freight transport logistic, deputy director for production and director for production of DalRefTrans, LLC.

From July to August 2019 he worked as chief specialist of the vessel tracking management service (Vladivostok) of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.

From July to August 2019 he acted as deputy director for operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch without removal from his current position.

In August 2019 he was transferred to the position of the Deputy Director for Operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.

Suchkov Aleksandr Nikolayevich was born in Khromtau, Aktyubinsk Region, Kazakh SSR, on October 30, 1977.

 

In 1999 he graduated from the Military Engineering-Technical University with a specialization in construction electric supply as an engineer.

 

He started labor employment in 1999.

From October 2013 to August 2018 he has held the position of chief of the capital projects department of the “Regional Office of Capital Projects Customer of the Eastern Command” branch of the Federal State-Owned Enterprise “The Directorate of Capital Projects Customer of the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation”.

In November 2018 he was appointed chief engineer of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.
