In accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch Order No. 402 dated 24.10.2023, the separate division Pevek Department of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch shut down its operations from October 23, 2023.

Based on the appeal of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated 26.10.2023, by the notification of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Chukotka Autonomous District No. 717667432 of 10.11.2023, the separate division Pevek Department of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch was deregistered with tax authorities on November 10, 2023.

The decision is caused by the economic inexpediency of maintaining stationary workplaces in the seaport of Pevek, where there is no real estate of the enterprise secured by the right of economic management.

The North-Eastern Basin Branch, however, will continue to provide relevant services in the seaport of Pevek.

In particular, the branch provides pilotage services in the seaport of Pevek, as well as the seaport water area transport security services. The listed services are provided by specialists of the Anadyr Directorate of the North-Eastern Basin Branch.

According to the results of navigation in 2023 in the seaport of Pevek, the pilotage service of the North-Eastern Basin Branch performed 362 pilotage operations, and the total length of pilotage assistance amounted to more than 1 thousand nautical miles. In turn, the divisions of the water area technical monitoring service of the branch provided transport security to 90 vessels that made vessel calls at the seaport of Pevek.

With the termination of the activities of the Pevek Department, all interested persons can contact the Anadyr Directorate of the North-Eastern Basin Branch on all issues of cooperation.
