By Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.11.2023 No. 3229-r, boundaries of the seaport of Kaliningrad have been amended.

The adjustments concern the clarification of the boundaries of site No. 14, in terms of the lands of the seaport of Kaliningrad, in compliance with the work carried out by the Government of the Kaliningrad Region to create a comfortable urban environment and favorable living conditions in the region, develop tourism and improve territories, including in former industrial zones, subject to revitalization.

After the adjustments concerning the exclusion of the territory of the former Kaliningrad shipyard Baltika from the boundaries of the seaport of Kaliningrad, which includes areas under berths No. 1-10 and 2 dock berths, only the ZPR berth, intended for transshipment of bulk cargo, will be located on the territory of site No. 14.

In addition, two sections, No. 12 and No. 16, have been excluded from the boundaries of the territory of the seaport of Kaliningrad, in terms of the lands of the seaport, due to their non-use for merchant shipping purposes.
