On March 14, 2024, representatives of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch took part in a career fair for seafarers organized by the Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping and the European Center for the Organization of Educational Practices of Maritime and River Transport.

The event was attended by representatives of nine leading organizations of the maritime transport industry of the region in order to form a personnel reserve for their companies.

The North-Western Basin Branch organized an advisory round-table on employment and the organization of industrial practice.

Representatives of the branch – Deputy Head of the HR Department Tatyana Bespalaya and Chief Specialist Svetlana Kvashnina – could give face-to-face answers to a wide range of questions from applicants who visited the fair and provide them with the most complete and reliable information about vacancies of seafarers opened in the branch, as well as about opportunities for cadets to undergo practical training in the North-Western Basin Branch.
