The FSUE "Rosmorport" North-Western Basin Branch notifies that from December 16, 2023, tariffs for the services of the North-Western Basin Branch for the carriage of freights by sea on the Ust-Luga Seaport – Kaliningrad Seaport line using multifunctional vessels Sparta and Sparta II will change.

In particular, tariff rates for providing services for the carriage of freights by sea between the seaports of Kaliningrad and the Big Port of St. Petersburg (optional seaport) will be applied without provision for the costs of loading and unloading operations at the terminals of the seaports - they are not included in sea freight and are paid to separately.
