Objectives of the planned activity: formation of the water area of the southern and northern parts of the seaport of Ust-Luga, including the operational water area of the container terminal.

Location of the site: east coast of the Luga Bay of the Gulf of Finland, seaport of Ust-Luga, Kingisepp Municipal District, Leningrad Region, Russian Federation.
