By FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 11.08.2023 No. 324, procedure and terms for providing a fixed preferential integrated tariff rate for maritime cargo transportation to (from) the Kaliningrad region to cargo owners who, in the conditions of external sanctions, have faced the necessary to use the sea leg of the route.

The procedure and terms shall apply to the agreements on the provision of a preferential integrated tariff rate for maritime cargo transportation concluded before this order came into force. Therefore, shippers should conclude additional agreements to the ones that had been concluded earlier, before the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” came into force.

The order of FSUE “Rosmorport” applies to legal relations arising from July 21, 2023.
