Compulsory Regulations in Ust-Luga Seaport Amended

By the Order No. 354 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 06.09.2022 amended the Mandatory Regulations on the Seaport of Ust-Luga.

The adjustments are related to the creation of a new anchorage No. 11A, intended for the parking of vessels carrying out cargo transshipment operations from vessel to vessel (except for a quarantine place). The depth of the anchorage is 23 meters, the type of soil in the berthing area is viscous silt and fine sand.

Within the new anchorage, a quarantine place has been established, bounded by a circle with a radius of two cables, centered at a point with coordinates 59°49.78'N 028°24.50'E, intended for settling vessels in the case of quarantine measures established by the sanitary inspection of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor).

Simultaneously with these changes, by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the validity period of Mandatory Regulations in the Seaport of Ust-Luga is limited to March 1, 2026.
