The North-Western Basin Branch informs that pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 441 of October 24, 2017 staring from January 01, 2018, when calculating pilotage dues for passenger ro-ro ships and ro-ro ships that have the passenger certificate and that carry at least 500 passengers in every vessel call at the appropriate seaports (entry and exit) pilotage dues in the seaports of Big Port Saint-Petersburg and Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg are paid with coefficient 0.46 applied to the pilotage dues rates established for passenger vessels in the appropriate seaports.

The decreasing coefficient is applied to the pilotage dues rates in order to support and develop passenger shipping on vessels which make calls at the seaports of Big Port Saint-Petersburg and Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg, as well as to increase demand on pilotage services of the North-Western Basin Branch.
