By the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch Order No. 723/K dated 21.02.2017, from February 21, 2017, Grigoriy Biryulev, who was previously serving as Assistant Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch, and since December, 2016 held the position of Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch, has been transferred to a post of Deputy Director for fleet of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch.
