Changes to the Seaport of Vysotsk Boundaries

Plan of the seaport of Vysotsk boundariesBy Order No. 1225 dated 22.11.2016 of the Russian Federation Government changes were introduced to the Seaport of Vysotsk territory boundaries and waters.

Change of the boundaries of the territory and the waters of the seaport of Vysotsk is due to  decision,  previously adopted by the government of Russia, to expand the seaport of Vysotsk for the construction of marine  terminal for the production and transshipment of liquefied natural gas of capacity of up to 660 ths. tons per year.

Construction project of the marine terminal is being implemented jointly by ZAO “Kriogaz” and FSUE “Rosmorport” in accordance with the  agreement of cooperation in its implementation, concluded in December 2014.

Currently, the project documentation developed by request of ZAO “Kriogaz” and results of engineer survey for stage I of construction, which provides for the establishment of the berth to receive oversized loads and construction materials with a temporary access road and zone for temporary storage of equipment and materials, agreed with FSUE “Rosmorport”. FAO “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” approved the positive findings of the state examination order No. 1192-16 / GGE-10755/04 dated 28.10.2016.

In the nearest future, ZAO “Kriogaz” and FSUE “Rosmorport”  plan to sign a cooperation agreement for the period of construction of facilities of federal property, envisaged by the project.

Subject to allocation of the required amount of financing the start of construction and installation work on the project is scheduled for 2017.
