By the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch Order No. 6368/K dated 14.12.2016, from December 15, 2016 Deputy Director of fleet of the FSUE North-Western Basin Branch Grigoriy Biryulev was appointed Interim Deputy Assistant Director for Safety of Navigation of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch without being relieved of his current post.
