Water Bodies and Land Plots

     In order to place property objects and conduct statutory activities, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch uses land plots and water bodies located on the territory and the water areas of the seaports of Sakhalin. 

     Land use 
     As of 01.04.2018 the Sakhalin branch uses on a leasehold basis, or actual use basis 45 land plots the total area of which is 47.5 hectares. Constitutory documents for one land plot, which are actually used by the branch, are being prepared.
     The total area of 31 land plots used by the Sakhalin Branch in seaports is 40.1 hectares, comprising:
  • 1 land plot in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport with the area size of more than 0,6 hectares, which accounts for 13,8 % of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 19 land plots in Kholmsk Seaport with the area size of more than 3.7 hectares, which accounts for 7.5 %  of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 4 land plots in Korsakov Seaport with the total area of almost 6,7 hectares, which accounts for 20,6 % of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 1 land plot in Moskalvo seaport with the total area of almost 0,4 hectares, which accounts for 2,2 % of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 1 land plot in Poronaysk Seaport with the total area of almost 1,2 hectares, which accounts for 100 % of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 5 land plots in Shakhtersk Seaport with the total area of almost 25,7 hectares, which accounts for 100 % of the total area size of the seaport.
     The land plots used by the Sakhalin Branch are are related to several types of lands:
  • urban lands;
  • forest lands;
  • lands of industry, transport, communication, radio, television, information technologies, space use, energetics, defense, etc.

     Water use 
     At present the Sakhalin Branch is preparing necessary constitutory documents to receive a surface water body for use with the area size of almost 0.5 square kilometers located in the water area of the Okhotsk sea for placing and mooring of vessels.
