1. General information
The FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin branch provides agency services connected with vessel calls, departures and stays in the seaports of Korsakov. The branch personnel consist of highly experienced professionals, who are ready to meet accurately all necessary customer’s requirements connected with the agency services provision.
2. Agency services provision terms and conditions
Agency services are provided by the branch to the shipowners on the basis of an agency agreement.
To conclude the contract a shipowner sends an application to the branch by fax +7 (42435) 433-06 or by e-mail mail@skl.rosmorport.ru The application is examined within one day and is approved by the branch in a written form by fax or e-mail.
After the agreement on an agent fee, the branch sends to the shipowner two copies of the agency contract for signing. The contract copy signed by the shipowner is sent back to the branch.
The Sakhalin branch services as marine agent are provided in order and according to the conditions of the agency contract.
According to the contract conditions, the agency service of a particular vessel is implemented by the branch on the basis of the application for the supposed call to the seaport of Korsakov.
The branch specialists calculate preliminary disbursement receipt including supposed cost of all services to be implemented in the seaport.
Preliminary disbursement receipt is introduced to the shipowner and has to be paid before the vessel leaves the port.
Before the vessel calls at the port, the branch (as marine agent) performs organizational and technical arrangements connected with vessel inclusion into approach schedule, coordinates the technology and the schedule of the vessel processing with the seaport dispatcher center and stevedore companies, makes notices about the supposed approach to all concerned state bodies and organizations (VTS center, the seaport administration, customs, border, sanitary and veterinary bodies, ship chandler etc.).
The vessel arrived to the seaport, the branch as marine agent implements organizational activities concerning the formation of the committee including executives from customs, border, sanitary and veterinary bodies, provides their embarkation and controls over cargo works start and over implementation of the cargo plan. After the completion of cargo works the branch implements the departure activity and concludes a final disbursement receipt.
The final disbursement receipt is sent to the shipowner by mail or by fax or e-mail. The receipt payment is implemented in the order provided by the conditions of the agency contract.
