Under Clause 3 of Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service Order No 711/16 of June 6, 2016 and in view of keeping the cost of vessel call in the seaport of Shakhtersk, FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 193 of May 21, 2019 establishes coefficient 0.9 to the rates of lighthouse dues while calculating lighthouse dues in the seaport of Shakhtersk. The coefficient has been established by FSUE “Rosmorport” pursuant to Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service Order No 711/16 of June 6, 2016.

The decreasing coefficient is applied in the seaport of Shakhtersk from June 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
