1. General information
The FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch on a contract basis provides geodesic and hydrographic services in the waters of Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don. Sochi, Taganrog Temryuk and Tuapse seaports.
In particular, the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch performs the following activities in Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Taganrog, Taman, Temryuk and Tuapse seaports:
- detailed bottom mapping by means of survey;
- detailed bottom relief mapping by means of areal inspection;
- definition of coordinates and altitudes by means of static GPS measurements;
- definition of coordinates of survey objects.
The detailed mapping materials can be used for corrections of nautical charts, guidelines and instructions for navigation, as well as for dredging planning.
The Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch has highly-qualified personnel with large experience in hydrography and geodesy, including geodesic and hydrographic surveys. Besides, the Branch disposes of marine vessels with necessary technical equipment and software, such as:
In the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don and Taganrog
- MGK-2 survey boat equipped with:
a) Konsberg EA-400 SP single-beam dual-frequency echo sounder;
b) Trimble SPS 551 vessel's receiver;
c) automated hydrographic survey complex on the basis of Hydro-Tech MS400P multibeam echo sounder;
d) POS15 (Applanix Wave Master) inertial navigation system;
- Vega survey boat equipped with:
a) Hydrotrac II single-beam echo sounder;
b) Trimble SPS 461 vessel's receiver;
c) automated hydrographic survey complex on the basis of Teledyne Reson SEABAT T20-P multibeam echo sounder.
Data is processed by HYDROpro and HYPACK.
In the seaports of Anapa, Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk
- Sargan survey boat equipped with:
a) Reason SeaBat T20P automated hydrographic survey complex based on a multi-beam echo sounder;
b) Trimble SPS 461 and Trimble MPS 865 GPS receivers;
c) Odom Echotrac CVM one-beam echo sounder;
d) Navsight Apogee Marine inertial navigation system;
- LEICA GS14 Base и Rover GNSS receivers;
- LEICA CS20 3.7G Disto controller;
- LEICA Sprinter 250М digital level;
- LEICA TSO2 plus R500 5" total station.
Data is processed by HYPACK and Leica Geo Office software.
In the seaport of Eysk
- Eya survey boat equipped with:
a) Simrad ЕА-400SP one-beam echo sounder;
b) Trimble SPS 461 GPS receiver;
Data is processed by QINSy special program software.
In the seaports of Kavkaz, Taman and Temryuk
- Katran survey boat equipped with:
a) Simrad ЕА-400 and Simrad ЕА-400SP one-beam echo sounders;
b) Trimble SPS 461 and Trimble SPS 855 GPS receivers;
c) automated hydrographic survey complex on the basis of Reason SeaBat T20P multibeam echo sounder;
d) Navsight Apogee Marine inertial navigation system.
Data is processed by HYPACK special program software.
In seaports of Tuapse and Sochi
- Gals hydrographic boat equipped with:
a) MS400P automated hydrographic survey complex based on a multi-beam echo sounder;
b) POS15 (Applanix WaveMaster) inertial navigation system.
Data is processed QINSy/Cloud v.8.1, HYPACK/HYSWEEP and QPS Qimera v1.4 special program software.
2. Terms and conditions of geodesic and hydrographic services
To order geodesic and hydrographic works in Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Taganrog, Temryuk and Tuapse seaports, the client shall send a written application to the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch by fax: +7 (8617) 67-64-00 or e-mail: mail@nvr.rosmorport.ru. The application shall be reviewed by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch and within 10 days a written answer will be sent to the client stating the technical possibility, term and cost of the requested works. If the client’s answer is positive, a draft standard contract is sent to the client for signing. The signed contract shall be sent back to the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch by the address: Sovetov str. 19, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory, Russia, 353900.
The works are performed by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in compliance with the technical task, which is an inseparable part of the contract, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Information on the cost of geodesic and hydrographic services provided by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch is given in the “Harbor Dues and Tariffs of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch”.
