Brief Biography

     Fomenko Anna Alexandrovna was born on April 19, 1978 in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory.

     She graduated from Novorossiysk State Marine Academy in 1999, with a specialization in economics, as an economist-manager.

     From April, 2000 till May, 2004 she consecutively held positions of specialist of the currency and financial department, main specialist of planning and economic department of Sea Administration of the Port of Novorossiysk.
     From May, 2004 till April, 2006 she worked as chief of planning and economic department of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov-Black Sea branch.
     From April, 2006 till April, 2014 she was deputy director for economics and finance of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in March 2011. 
     From May till December 2012 she performed duties of Acting Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without leaving her current position.
     In April, 2014 she was transferred to the position of Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

Brief Biography

     Chernykhovsky Anatoly Anatolievich was born on April 26, 1972 in Makeevka town, Donetsk territory, Ukraine.
  
     In 1994 he graduated from the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky High Marine Academy with a specialization in vessel machinery plant maintenance, as a mechanic engineer.
     In 2001 he graduated from the Far Eastern State University with a specialization in jurisprudence as a lawyer.  
 
      He began his labor activity in 1989.

     From July 2007 till July 2009 he was Vice-President for security of the OJSC “Novorossiyskoe morskoe parokhodstvo”  
     From July 2009 till December 2013 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
     From December 2013 Anatoly Chernykhovsky is Deputy director for security of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch

Deputy Director for Administrative Work of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch


Brief Biography

     Donchenko Andrey Anatolievich was born on January 16, 1967 in Makhachkala, Dagestan ASSR.

     In 1991 he graduated from Saratov Order “Sign of Honor” Law Institute named after D.I. Kurskiy, with a specialization in law, as a lawyer.

     From August, 1991 till January, 2008 he worked at public prosecution bodies of the Russian Federation.
     From February till November, 2008 he consecutively held posts of adviser to director of Federal registration service, deputy head of the Federal Registration Service of Astrakhan Region.
     From September till October, 2009 he was adviser of director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk Branch.
     In October, 2009 he was transferred to the position of deputy director for administrative work of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk Branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in March 2011.

Vitaly Viktorovich

Brief Biography

     Gromov Vitaly Viktorovich was born in Baku, the Azerbaijani SSR, on June 26, 1963.

 

     In 1985 he graduated from the Serpukhov highest command and military engineering school of rocket troops named after Lenin Komsomol a specialization in the operation of aids and flight control systems as a military electrical engineer.

     In 2013 he graduated from Admiral Ushakov State Maritime University a specialization in the shipping arrangement and control in (maritime) transport as an engineer for shipping arrangement and control in transport.

 

     He started labor employment in 1985.

 

     Information on labor employment over the past five years:

     From May 2012 to the present day he has consequently worked as adviser to the director, aide to the director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

     In May-July 2018 he performed the duties of deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch, chief of the Eysk Directorate without removal from his current position.

     In July 2018 he was temporarily transferred to the position of deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch, head of the Eysk Directorate..

Yevgeny Valerievich

Deputy Director for Capital Construction and Repair Work of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch


Brief Biography

     Karpachev Yevgeny Valerievich was born on March 24, 1973 in Izhevsk, Udmurtia ASSR.

     In 1996 he graduated from Novorossiisk State Marine Academy with a specialization in transport equipment technical maintenance, as a radio engineer. 

     He began his labor activity in 1996. 

     Information on labor activity over the last 5 years. 
     From May, 2004 till September, 2012 he consecutively held posts of a chief of communication, electronic navigation and informatization service – the regional center of communication management, head of the service – chief of the division of equipment technical maintenance and development of the coast radio communications system (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System, Differential Global Navigation Satellite Systems, NAVTEX, Telecommunication Satellite System, Geographic Information System), chief of communication, electronic navigation and informatization service of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.
     From September, 2012 till June, 2013 he was acting deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without termination of appointment.
     In June, 2013 he was transferred to the position of deputy director for capital construction, repair work and communication of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch (since December 2016 the position is named Deputy Director for Capital Construction and Repair Work of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch).

Kraus Natalya Romanovna was born on June 23, 1962 in village Varenikovskaya, Krymsk Oblast, Krasnodar Territory.
     In 1980 she graduated from Slavyansk Agricultural technical school with a specialization in accounting in agricultural production, as an accountant.
     In 1986 Natalya Kraus graduated from Extramural Institute of a Soviet Trade with a specialization in accounting and economic activity analysis as an economist.

     She began her labor activity in 1980.
     From September 1980 till June 1983 she worked as an accountant, then senior accountant in the Varenikovskiy retail trade enterprise.
     From July 1983 till June 1994 she consecutively held posts of an accountant, an economist, and a senior economist of the Novorossiysk plant “Priboy”.
     From July 1994 till April 1995 she held the position of a senior state tax officer in the State tax inspectorate in the city of Novorossiysk.
     From March 1997 till May 2004 she consecutively held posts of an accounting specialist, senior accounting specialist and deputy chief accountant of SE “Marine Administration of the Seaport of Novorossiysk”.
     From May 2004 till January 2011 Natalya Krauss consecutively held posts of a senior accounting specialist and a deputy chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk Branch.
     In January 2011 she was transferred to the position of a chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in March 2011.

Brief Biography

     Pavlov Igor Vladimirovich was born on November 18, 1965 in Rustavi, Georgian SSR.

     In 1987 graduated from Kaspiyskoe Naval Academy with a degree in navigation and a qualification "navigation engineer".
     In 1999 graduated from Naval Academy named by admiral N.G. Keznetsov with a degree in "military and administrative management" and a qualification "manager".
     In 2006 graduated from North Caucasus State Service Academy with a degree in "state and municipal management" and a qualification "manager".

     In 1982 he started his caree.
     From July 1982 till August 2007 he served at the Frontier Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.
     From September 2007 till February 2018 consecutively held positions as a chief of the VTMS and communications services, Deputy Director for operations of the Taman Branch, Deputy Director for operations of the Taman Directorate of Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch, Deputy Director for operations of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

     In March 2018 he was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch – Head of the Taman Directorate.

      Rudakova Svetlana Valeryevna was born in Astrakhan, Astrakhan Region, on November 12, 1974.

 

     In 1997 she graduated from the Astrakhan State Pedagogical University with a specialization in philology as a teacher of Russian language and literature.

     In 1998 she graduated from the Saratov Academy of Law with a specialization in jurisprudence as a lawyer.

     In 2016 she studied at the Institute of Public and Regulated Procurement, Competition Policy and Anti-corruption Technologies (Institute of Government Procurement), the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL)” under the professional development program “Contract System (Law No 44-FZ) for Unitary Enterprises: Law Regulation”.

     In 2017 she studied at the Non-state (Private) Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “Business Classical Academy” under the professional development program “Contract System in the Sphere of Procurement for State and Municipal Needs (Law No 44-FZ)” and “Federal Law No223-FZ: Procurement Management by Certain Groups of Legal Entities”.

Elena Sapko was born on 26 January 1979 in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar area.
 
     In 2001 she graduated from the Novorossiysk State Marine Academy with a degree in economics and enterprise management, as an economist-manager.
 
     She began her labor activity in 1998.

Turischev Yuriy Vladimirovich was born on 19 July 1965 in Tuapse, Krasnodar area.
 
     In 1985 she graduated from the Rostov School of inland navigation with specialization in "exploitation of power units on vessels", as a ship engineer.
     In 1999 she graduated from Rostov-on-Don Marine College of G.Y.Sedov with specialization in "marine navigation in ocean-going", as an engineer-shipdriver.
     In 2010 she graduated from Admiral Ushakov Maritime State University with specialization in "organization and control of transshipment", as an engineer for transshipment and control.

     He began his labor activity in 1985.
     Information on the labor activity over the past 5 years:
     From June 2004 till May 2014 he consecutively worked as a chief engineer at Mercury marine tug, engineer-instructor, and Head of department for fleet technical operation of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Tuapse branch.
     From March 2009 till April 2011 worked as a chief engineer at foreign going vessels.
     In April 2011 was advanced to the position of Deputy Director for operations of the Tuapse Department of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without dismissal from the current position.
     From January 2015 contemporary performs duties of Deputy Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch – Head of Tuapse Department.

Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch


Brief Biography

     Zaryaev Sergey Nikolaevich was born on August 27, 1966 in Kuybyshev of Kuybyshevskaya Oblast.

     In 1989 he graduated from Novorossiysk Higher Marine Engineering School with honors with specialization in “Marine Navigation” and was qualified as “Navigation Engineer”.

 

     He started his labor activity in 1989.

 

     Information on labor activity for the past 5 years:

     From July 2009 to February 2016 he held the position of the General Director of OOO “Yuzhniy Bunkerniy Servis”.

     From August 2013 to February 2016 he worked at his second job as a First Deputy General Director of the shipping company OOO “Era”.

     In January 2017 he was appointed Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

     Since March 2018 he acts as Deputy Director for Operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without removal from his current position.
