The FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch renders mooring services in the seaport of Murmansk at Berth No. 3, Berth No. 16, Berth No. 5 of the Coal base and at the distance lines pier for all types of vessels the length and draft of which meet the technical specifications of the above mentioned berths.
For rendering the corresponding services the Murmansk Branch commands 12 professional highly-skilled mooring masters. All mooring masters of the Murmansk Branch have undergone training and have permit to carry out mooring operations with all types of vessels.
The Murmansk Branch renders mooring services in the seaport of Murmansk in accordance with the Compulsory Regulations in the Seaport of Murmansk approved by the Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation Order No. 222 of 12.08.2014, which establishes the rules for conducting mooring operations, limits for mooring and information on the minimum number of mooring masters while carrying out mooring operations.
Mooring services are rendered by the Murmansk Branch under the framework contract for rendering mooring services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).
In order to negotiate the Contract, it is necessary to send an application for signing the Contract to the Murmansk Branch by fax +7 (8152) 47-90-26 or a scan by email firstname.lastname@example.org. The request will be considered within three working days. After considering the request, in case of absence of technical restrictions on the possibility of rendering the declared services and upon submission of all required documents by the customer for signing the contract, the customer is sent two copies of the filed Contract for signing. The original of the Contract signed by the customer shall be returned by the customer to the Murmansk Branch at: Portovy Proezd 19, Murmansk, Murmansk Region, Russia 183038.
Mooring services are rendered by the Murmansk Branch according to the procedure and on the terms established by the Contract.
In order to carry out mooring operations, the customer shall send an application for providing a berth for safe mooring of vessels by fax +7 (8152) 47-90-26 and a scan by email email@example.com not later than 72 hours before the approach of a vessel toward the berth. The request will be considered by the Murmansk Branch within 24 hours and in tcase of the availability of technical possibilities to render the requested services, an authorized person of the Murmansk Branch sends a copy of the request with the mark “Agreed Upon” by fax or by email of the customer. The Murmansk Branch will send a mooring brigade to carry out the requested works within the period of time specified in the request.
Payments for mooring services rendered by the Murmansk Branch are made according to the procedure and on the terms established by the Contract.
