The FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch reports that pursuant to Order No 257 of July 01, 2019 a coefficient 2 was applied to the rates of pilotage dues in the seaport of Murmansk for tanker vessels with a gross tonnage of less than 5.000 since August 01, 2019.

Coefficient 0.8 to the rates of pilotage was canceled for services rendered by the Murmansk Branch to provide pilotage in the seaport of Murmansk for all vessels of foreign navigation for which the distance of pilotage exceeds 21 nautical miles. Such a coefficient was earlier established under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 329 of August 25, 2017.
