Brief Biography

Sergey Ivanovich Mazhirin was born in Berlin, the German Democratic Republic, on September 05, 1959.


In 1982 he graduated from the Kaliningrad Naval Academy with a degree in Armament of Ships. The qualification of officer with professional military education, electrical engineer was conferred to him.

In 1994 he graduated from Admiral N.G. Kuznetsov Naval Academy with a degree in Command Staff Operational Tactical of the Navy. The qualification of officer with professional military education was conferred to him.

In 2005 he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration with a degree in State and Municipal Administration”. The qualification of manager was conferred to him.


He started his career in 1977.


Information on employment for the last five years:

From April 2011 to October 2014 he worked as LLC “RusTMEnergo” executive director.

From October 2014 to May 2017 he consistently took the positions of chief specialist of the software engineering department for the STC-6 foreign customer, chief specialist of the software engineering department of JSC “RTI” Scientific-Thematical Center for Information Technology and Application Programs.

From August 2017 to October 2018 he held the positions of Deputy Director and Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch.

In October 2018 he was transferred to the position of Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmanck Branch.

He was awarded with:

  the Medal of Ushakov;

  the Distinguished Conduct Medal I Degree;

  the Distinguished Conduct Medal II Degree;

  the Distinguished Conduct Medal III Degree;

  the Jubilee Medal “300 Years of the Russian Navy”.

Vladimir Viktorovich

 

Deputy Director for Security of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch

 

Brief Biography

Vladimir Dubovitsky was born on March 18, 1970 in Murmansk.


In 1994 he graduated from Murmansk State Academy of Fishing Fleet with specialization in vessels electrical equipment and automatics and was qualified as Engineer and Electro-Mechanic Technician.

In 2010 he graduated from the Murmansk Branch of Baltic Institute of Ecology, Politics and Law with specialization in jurisprudence and was qualified as lawyer.


He started his career in 1987. 


Information on the labor activity over the past 5 years:

From September 1994 to April 2017 he served in the Russian Federation Armed Forces.

From April to June 2017 he worked as senior operator of the department for technical surveillance over the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch water area.

From May to June 2017 he acted as Deputy Director for Security of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch without relief of his duty.

In June 2017 he was appointed Deputy Director for Security of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

Brief Biography

Filippov Pavel Vyacheslavovich was born on March, 31st, 1966 in Havana, Cuba. 


In 1992 he graduated from Leningrad State Technical University with a specialization in mechanical engineering technology, as an engineer-mechanic. In 1998 he graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a specialization in finance and credit, as an economist. 


From March, 1992 till June, 1993 he worked as foreman of machine sector at Murmansk shipyard. 

From June, 1993 till February, 1995 he was 3rd class engineer-technologist, equipment and transport engineer at AOOT “Sevremmash”. 

From February, 1995 till August, 1999 he worked as economist at TOO “MP “AIF”. 

From August, 1999 till June, 2002 he was deputy director for finance at OOO “AIF Shipping”. 

From June, 2002 till March, 2004 he held a post of deputy chief for economics at Sea Administration of Port of Murmansk. 

From March, 2004 till January, 2007 he was Deputy Director for Economics of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch. 

In January, 2007 Pavel Vyacheslavovich was appointed Deputy Director for Economics and Finances of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

Brief Biography

Kuzmenko Tatyana Vladimirovna was born on July 4, 1978 in the city of Murmansk of Murmansk region.

In 2002 she graduated from Saint Petersburg Institute of economics and management with a specialization in accounting and audit as an economist.

 

She started her labor employment in 2002.

From November 2005 to October 2019 she has worked as chief specialist on tax accounting of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

In October 2019 she was transferred to the position of the chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

Aleksandr Viktorovich

 

Deputy Director for the Fleet – Chief of the Fleet Maintenance Service of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch

 

Brief Biography

Naumenko Aleksandr Viktorovich was born in Sevastopol on October 25, 1975.

 

In 1999 he graduated from S.O. Makarov State Maritime Academy with the specialization in navigation engineering as a navigator.

 

He started labor employment in 1999.

From April 2014 to February 2018 he has held the position of chief of the fleet operating service of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

From February 2018 to March 2019 he has worked as chief specialist for maritime operations in LLC NOVATEK-Murmansk.

In April 2019 he was appointed deputy director for the fleet – chief of the fleet maintenance service of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

Alexander Anatolievich

 

Deputy Director for Capital Construction and Operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch

 

Brief Biography

Varak Alexander Anatolievich was born on February, 5th, 1955 in the town of Kurgan. 


In 1980 he graduated from Moscow Engineering and Construction Institute with a specialization in hydrotechnical construction of port waterways, as an engeneer-hydrotechnician. 


From November, 1980 till January, 1984 he worked as foreman, superintendent at construction and installation trust “Murmanskmorstroy”. 

From January, 1984 till October, 1994 he consecutively worked as senior engineer of port hydrotechnical and engineering installations department, chief of port hydrotechnical and engineering installations department, chief of port hydrotechnical and engineering installations and capital construction department at OAO “Murmansk Sea Trading Port”. 

From October, 1994 till February, 2004 he worked as chief of construction development service, deputy chief engineer – chief of development and technical supervision service at Sea Administration of Port of Murmansk. 

From March, 2004 till February, 2018 he held a post of deputy chief engineer – chief of construction and repairs service, chief engineer of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch. 

In February, 2018 Alexander Anatolievich was appointed Deputy Director for Capital Construction and Operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch. 

From August 2018 till October 2018 he acted as Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch without being removed from his current position.

Nikolay Konstantinovich

 

Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch

 

Brief Biography

Nikolay Zelenkov was born on 14th of October 1958 in the city of Murmansk.


In 1981 he graduated from Murmansk Engineering Marine High College n.a. Leninist Komsomol with a degree in ship navigation as a navigation engineer.


He began his labor activity in 1977.

From December 2014 till September 2017 he sequentially worked as trainee pilot, pilot of 2d category, pilot of 1st category. pilot of 1st category (with the right of vessel pilotage without restrictions), Deputy Head, Headof the pilotage service of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

In September 2017 he was transferred to the position of the Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.
