Working meeting held in Makhachkala Branch

A working meeting was held in the Makhachkala Branch on May 14, 2018 to discuss the development of facilities of the stationing site of ships and vessels of the Caspian Flotilla in the Dry Cargo Harbor of the seaport of Makhachkala.

The meeting involved deputy directors of the Makhachkala Branch Manolis Fulov, Batyr Dzhamalutdinov, Ivan Galchenko and Murad Gadzhimuradov and representatives of the Caspian Flotilla under the leadership of Russian Navy Main Navigator Rear Admiral Eduard Luik.

The meeting focused on interaction between the Makhachkala Branch and the Caspian Flotilla to ensure navigation safety and carry out dredging operations in the seaport of Makhachkala during the redeployment of the flotilla to the seaport of Makhachkala from the seaport of Astrakhan.

Eduard Luik gave a high appraisal of the activities carried out by the Makhachkala Branch to ensure navigation safety in the water area of the seaport of Makhachkala. He noted that “this work has been done on the base of mutual understanding to realize the tasks set before the management of the Caspian Flotilla and the FSUE “Rosmorport” Makhachkala Branch”. He expressed confidence that “such joint work will be continued in the future that will lead to stepping up the joint activity for the good of our country”.

On behalf of the employees of the Makhachkala Branch Manolis Fulov told the representatives of the Caspian Flotilla that the Branch was ready for further constructive cooperation aimed at implementing the tasks of all planned events to increase navigation safety in the water area of the seaport of Makhachkala related to organizing the functioning of the stationing site of ships of the Caspian Flotilla in the seaport of Makhachkala.
