Field Meeting at the Makhachkala Branch
The 2nd field meeting chaired by deputy commander of the Russian Southern Military District, deputy commander of the Russian South Military district, deputy chairman of the commission for the Caspian Flotilla stationing site military infrastructure improvement Colonel-General Magomed Khandayev was held at the Makhachkala Branch on February 13, 2018 to focus on the arrangement of the Caspian Flotilla stationing sites in the dry-cargo harbor of the seaport of Makhachkala.
The meeting involved Director of the Makhachkala Branch Apandi Nurmagomedov, head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “The Administration of Seaports of the Caspian Flotilla”, commander of the Caspian Flotilla, Rear Admiral Sergei Pinchuk, representatives of JSC “MMTP” and other contracting organizations.
The participants in the meeting discussed a wide range of issues related to questions of land, the necessity to correct the boundaries of the seaport and regulations on navigation safety in the seaport by organizing an adjacent deployment of the stationing site of warships and the seaport of Makhachkala.
After the meeting the participants took organizational resolutions on the implementation of planned measures to design and build a stationing site of the Caspian Flotilla.
