In accordance with the Republic of Dagestan Head's Instruction No 143-rg of September 22, 2017 the honorable watch engraved with the Republic of Dagestan Head's name have been presented to:
- Arsen Nazhaev, chief electronic engineer of the FSUE “Rosmorport” VTMS Makhachkala Branch;
- Gusein Ramazanov, technician of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Makhachkala Branch communications service
for their achievements and the years-long fruitful work.

On October 18, 2017 during a solemn ceremony, Director of the Makhachkala Branch Apandi Nurmagomedov presented the honorable watch engraved with the name of the Republic of Dagestan Head to employees of the Makhachkala Branch. Speaking at the ceremony, he paid attention to their professionalism and conscientious attitude toward performing their duties to ensure uninterruptedness of functioning of the Makhachkala seaport.
