     1. General information

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch renders services on provision of motor vehicles of the branch and, if necessary, of other engaged organizations for transporting pilots of the Astrakhan Branch to/from vessels in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya.

     The transporting of pilots is carried out on the following routes:

     in the seaport of Astrakhan

     - pilotage station – berth No. 5 – pilotage station;

     - pilotage station – berth No. 10 – pilotage station;

     - pilotage station – berth No. 11 – pilotage station;

     - pilotage station – berth of the universal terminal (53 Admiralteyskaya Str., Kirovsky district, Astrakhan) – pilotage station in the seaport of Astrakhan;

     in the seaport of Olya

     - pilotage station of the seaport of Astrakhan – berths No. 3 and No. 4 of the seaport of Olya – pilotage station of the seaport of Astrakhan.

     The motor vehicles of the Astrakhan Branch used for these purposes include 2 buses for 11-16 people. In addition, the branch engages cars of Sole Proprietor Poletayev Alexander Alexandrovich, the winner of the Astrakhan Branch tender on the provision of services for transporting pilots by motor transport, for 4-6 people.

        The Astrakhan Branch provides services for transporting pilots by motor vehicles (buses) of the branch in accordance with license No. AN-77-000816 dated 22.07.2019 (valid indefinitely), issued by the Federal Transportation Inspection Service (Rostransnadzor), for transporting passengers and other persons by buses.

     All drivers who deliver pilots by motor transport have long seniority and experience in passenger transporting. Car drivers undergo daily pre- and post-trip medical check-ups.

     2. Procedure of rendering services on provision of motor vehicles

     Services on provision of motor vehicles of the Astrakhan Branch in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya are rendered by the branch in accordance with the terms of a standard service contract (hereinafter – the Contract).

     To conclude the Contract, a customer sends a written application for concluding the Contract to the Astrakhan Branch by fax: +7 (8512) 58-57-76, or by e-mail: mail@ast.rosmorport.ru . The application will be considered within three days. If there are no technical restrictions on rendering the declared service, and if all necessary documents required to conclude the Contract have been provided, two copies of the Contract are sent to the customer by post or special delivery for signing. The Contract signed by the customer shall be returned to the Astrakhan Branch at: 31 Kapitana Krasnova Str., Astrakhan, Astrakhan Region, Russia, 414016.

     Additional information on the terms and procedure for concluding the Contract can be received at the Astrakhan Branch by phone: +7 (8512) 58-40-21, extension 217 (Monday through Friday from 9:00 till 18:00 Astrakhan time, lunch break from 13:00 till 13:45).

        In accordance with the terms of the concluded Contract, motor vehicles are provided by the Astrakhan Branch to the customer on the basis of a written application submitted by the customer after preliminary oral agreement of the availability of technical means for providing motor vehicles for transporting a pilot to the vessel with duty dispatchers of the Astrakhan Branch by phone: +7 (8512) 58-48-21, extension 223 (around the clock).

     If the Astrakhan Branch dispatchers confirm the technical possibility for providing motor vehicles, a written application is sent by the customer to the Astrakhan Branch by fax: +7 (8512) 58-57-76, or as a scanned copy by e-mail: mail@ast.rosmorport.ru at least one day before the estimated beginning of work.

     In accordance with the written application, the pilot is transported to the vessel to the place indicated in the application by motor vehicle of the Astrakhan Branch or by motor vehicle of the engaged organizations.

     The beginning of work on transporting pilots by motor vehicles of the Astrakhan Branch in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya is the time of departure of a vehicle with pilots from the pilot station in the seaport of Astrakhan, and the end of the work is the return of the vehicle of the Astrakhan Branch to the pilot station in the seaport of Astrakhan.

     The beginning of work on the transportation of pilots by a vehicle of organizations engaged by the branch is the time of departure of a vehicle with pilots from the pilot station in the seaport of Astrakhan, and the end of work is the time of disembarkation of pilots at berths in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya.

     The time of start and end of the work is recorded in the certificate of the pilot transportation to/from the vessel which is to be signed by the captain of the vessel and the pilot. On the basis of the signed certificate, an act of completed work and an invoice are drawn up. The payment for the services rendered is made within 10 calendar days from the date the customer receives the invoice issued by the Astrakhan Branch.
