Boundaries of the seaport of Olya amended

By Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 14.02.2024 No. 329-r, boundaries of the seaport of Olya have been changed.

The amendments concern the adjustment of the area of site No. 5 of the seaport by expanding its area through inclusion of additional land, as well as the inclusion of three earlier allocated sites No. 11, No. 15 and No. 16 of the territory of the seaport of Olya in area No. 5.

New land plots, where a grain storage facility, water supply, railroad tracks, sewerage, and communications are located, have been included in the boundaries of the seaport of Olya area.

In particular, two land plots of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch with the total area of 0.7 hectares, which had been located outside the seaport boundaries, was included in the boundaries of the seaport of Olya area. On these land plots, the complex of treatment facilities of the seaport of Olya is located, including water pipelines and sewerage for waste water, tanks for treated waste water, tanks for rainwater, power lines and other infrastructure facilities.

The Astrakhan Branch in the seaport of Astrakhan uses 20 land plots with a total area of 62.3 hectares, which is 18.2 % of the total territory of the seaport.
