The FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch reports that pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 518 of December 20, 2019 coefficient 2 is applied in the area of non-compulsory pilotage in the seaport of Olya when calculating pilotage dues for pilotage of vessels of the Astrakhan Branch since January 1, 2020.
