Water Bodies and Land Plots

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch uses land plots and water bodies situated on the territory and in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Mezen, Naryan-Mar, Onega and Sabetta in order to locate the property objects and conduct the statutory types of activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Arkhangelsk Branch.

     Land use
     As at 01.01.2017 the Arkhangelsk branch uses on the basis of lease 34 land plots with the total area of almost 21.11 hectares, among which 31 land plots with the total area of 21.1 ha are used on a lease basis. The Branch is preparing right stating documents for the 3 land plots with the total area size of 0.01 hectares, which are actually used by the Branch. 

 

     Of all land plots used by the Arkhangelsk Branch the following ones are located within the boundaries of the seaports:
     - 15 land plots with the total area of 12.7 hectares in the seaport of Arkhangelsk making 6 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 1 land plot with the total area of 0.5401 hectares in the seaport of Mezen making 1 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 1 land plot with the total area of 0.0600 hectares in the seaport of Naryan-Mar making 0.27% of the total area of the seaport;
     - 1 land plot with the total area of 0.791 hectares in the seaport of Onega making 29.51 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 13 land plots with the total area of more than 7 hectares in the seaport of Sabetta.

     The land plots used by the Arkhangelsk Branch are of several types of lands, including:
     - urban lands;
     - industry, energetics, transport, communication, radio, television, information technologies lands, lands for provision space activities, defense, security and other special-purpose lands;
     - forest lands.

     Water use
     As at 01.04.2017 the Arkhangelsk Branch uses 12 areas of water bodies in accordance with 2 water licences and 3 decisions on granting of water bodies for use in order to place its vessels and berthing structures, conducting dredging and construction works.
     The water bodies used by the Arkhangelsk Branch are located in the water areas of the White Sea, the Northern Dvina River, the Onega River and the Ob mouth of the Kara Sea.
     The total area of the water bodies used by the Arkhangelsk Branch is more than 22.9 sq. km, including:
     - 0.2 sq. km in the water areas of Arkhangelsk Seaport making 0.026 % of the total water area of the Arkhangelsk Seaport;
     - 4.1 sq. km in the water area of Onega Seaport making 0.48 % of the total water area of the Onega Seaport;
     - 18.6 sq. km in the water area of Sabetta Seaport.
