1. General information
The FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch renders services connected with the provision of crew boats and other vessels of the auxiliary fleet in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Naryan-Mar and Onega aiming to deliver or debark crew, marine agent (marine agent representatives/shipowner), the Russian Federation border checkpoint committee, documents, food, cargo or goods.
The Arkhangelsk Branch auxiliary fleet includes 11 vessels which are allocated in the seaports as follows:

If necessary, during winter navigation in the seaport of Arkhangelsk the Branch's icebreakers, Kapitan Chadaev and Kapitan Yevdokimov, can be involved as crew boats.
2. Procedure for rendering crew boats services
The crew boats services in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Naryan-Mar and Onega are rendered on the basis of a customer’s application after preliminary agreement with the Branch's dispatcher or with the operator of the Branch's detached division in the appropriate seaport by phones:

The parties should agree on the availability of technical possibility of the operation and on the preliminary provision cost of the crew boat or other auxiliary vessel of the branch.
The agreed application should be filed no later than 4 hours before the supposed time of works by fax:

The vessel is provided in due time and place on the basis of the applications filed by the customer. All types of operations with crew boats or other branch auxiliary vessels are reordered in the order for works performed with time indication. Having executed a piece of works, the customer signs and seals the order.
