In June, 2004 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch as the detached subdivision of the enterprise was put on account in Interdistrict Inspection No. 1 of Federal Tax Service of Russia for Chukotka Autonomous Area.
According to the order of Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation dated 09.03.2004 No. 1123-r the federal property withdrawn from Sea Administration of the Ports of Chukotka was fixed on the right of economic authority after FSUE “Rosmorport” and by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated 02.07.2004 No. 139d/OD was transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch.
According to the order of Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport dated 30.06.2004 No. VR-32r starting from the 1st of July, 2004 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch began collection of port dues and carrying out its business activities in the seaports of Anadyr, Pevek, Providenia and Egvekinot.
In July, 2004 Alexey Viktorovich Hvan was appointed the first director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 02.07.2004 No. 230 a/k.
In May, 2005 by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated 23.05.2005 No. 201/OD the new edition of the Statute for the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch was approved. According to the brought changes the list of services of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch was extended.
In November, 2007 according to the orders of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for Federal Property Management for Chukotka Autonomous Area dated 29.11.2007 No. 02/2007-r and 17.12.2007 No. 04/2007-r the federal property in the seaport of Providenia was assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” and then transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch by the order of “Rosmorport” dated 28.12.2007 No. 488.
In December, 2009 due to the death of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch director A.V. Hvan by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” from December, 18th, 2009 No. 440/k Vatazhenko Alexander Ivanovich was appointed acting director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch.
In August, 2010 according to the orders of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for Federal Property Management for Chukotka Autonomous Area dated 09.08.2010 No. 131/2010-r, 11.08.2010 No. 134/2010-r and 12.08.2010 No. 135/2010-r the federal property in the seaports of Anadyr, Beringovskiy and Pevek was assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” by the orders of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated 17.08.2010 No.No. 451, 450, 449.
In October 2011 the Anadyr Branch bought MB-380 tug to provide towage services in Egvekinot Seaport.
In March, 2012 following the FSUE “Rosmorport” order of March 1st 2012 no. No. 46/k Vatazhenko A.I. was appointed as Director of FSUE“Rosmorport”Anadyr Branch.
In July 2012 by FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 27.07.2012 No. 466 the Statute on the Anadyr Branch was reviewed as amended.
In July 2014 by FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 25.07.2014 No. 307 the Statute on the Anadyr Branch was amended as the list of the activities permitted to the Azov Basin Branch was supplemented by six new activities involving:
a) activities in the field of usage of the ionizing radiation sources (generators);
b) organization of repairs, technical and general maintenance and provision of vessels;
c) participation of the branch in provision of transport security in seaports;
d) maintenance in proper technical condition, organization of technical support, repairs, reconstruction and new construction of engineering and technical means for provision of transport security in the water areas of the seaports of the Russian Federation;
e) participation of the branch in creation and maintenance of the marine areas А1, А2, А3, А4 of the Global Marine Distress and Safety System, including the marine areas А3/А4 in the Northern Sea Route water area;
f) performance of the functions of NAVAREA coordinator in geographical areas NAVAREA XX and XI located in the Arctic ocean and coordinated by the Russian Federation.
In May 2017, after the monitoring and correcting station – base station of the automatic identification system, designed to generate and transmit differential corrections to global navigation satellite systems, was put into operation, the Anadyr Branch expanded its technical capabilities to provide ships navigating to the seaport of Anadyr with more accurate information on the location of the vessel in the zone of operation of the AIS coastal station.
In August 2017 on the basis of Order of Rosmorrechflot No. KS-199-r of August 22, 2017, the berths No. 11, No. 12 and No. 13 in the seaport of Anadyr were assigned to the enterprise, and, in accordance with Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 335 of August 29, 2017, they were transferred to the economic management of the Anadyr Branch. The berths were intended for berthing ships (berth No. 11) and performing cargo operations (berths No. 12 and No. 13), and had been previously reconstructed and repaired by the FSI "Directorate of the state customer of programs for the development of maritime transport". The berths were leased in accordance with the established procedure to operators of marine terminals working in the seaport of Anadyr.
Today the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch occupies one of the key positions in the organization of functioning of the port complexes located in the region of the extreme North-East of Russia. Inspite of the fact that the staff of the enterprise do not exceed 30 persons, using federal property the branch renders services ensuring safe navigation in the seaports of Anadyr, Pevek, Providenia and Egvekinot and on approaches to them, completely corresponding to all standards on their volume and quality.
Representatives of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch are members of various councils and consulting authorities of the region. According to the decision of the Governor of Chukotka Autonomous Area dated 07.07.2009 No. 50 director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr branch is a member of Council for Marine Activities at the Governor’s of Chukotka Autonomous Area on a constant basis.
